Lefant Limited Warranty Policy

1. Overview
This Lefant Limited Warranty Policy (the "Policy") begins on the date of delivery to the original consumer purchaser. It applies only to products purchased through the following officially authorized store channels within the United States and is valid only for products first sold and used within the United States. To obtain a return, replacement, or warranty service, the purchaser must contact Lefant for problem diagnosis.
For purchases from third-party e-commerce platforms (e.g., Walmart, TikTok, eBay, etc.), please adhere to the respective platform's warranty policy. For purchases from other unauthorized sellers or offline retailers, please contact the seller directly to confirm the specific warranty policy.
2. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
2.1 30-Day No-Reason Return
You may apply for a no-reason return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of product receipt, provided you offer valid proof of purchase. Upon approval of your application, and if the product is in its original condition (original packaging, complete accessories, and without obvious human-induced damage), we will accept the return. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within fourteen (14) calendar days after the returned item is received and successfully inspected.
If the return is classified as "non-quality issue/non-product defect" (e.g., customer dissatisfaction, mistaken purchase, failure to meet advertising expectations, etc.), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend the customer use carriers such as FedEx or UPS to send out the item and cover the shipping fees.
We cannot offer a refund or exchange if the product has been received for more than 30 days.

- Valid proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) must be provided.
- For non-quality related return requests, the request must be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of product receipt.
- The returned product must include the original packaging, all accessories, user manuals, and all originally bundled complimentary gifts.
- The product and its components must be intact and free from damage resulting from unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, improper use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
- If the product was purchased with a bundle discount, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding discount value from the refund amount.
- All products must be returned within ten (10) calendar days after the return and refund service is confirmed.
